Tony Dixon the organiser behind the Corus all girls cup

On behalf of Tony Dixon the organiser behind the Corus all girls cup ,we would like to thank all the volunteers and staff at Redcar Town FC for making the day run smoothly and providing excellent support , its our aim to make this the biggest all girls tournament in the North East and with facilities like this and the support of all the wonderful teams that took part on Sunday we can.

From Redcar Town we had great help from Toddy, Danny and Derek marking the pitches out, Lee ,Roy ,Ben, Danny and Toddy putting the goals up and bringing them down, Lesley, Lauren and Helen Behind the counter with helpers Nicola and Yasmin. Gary for lots of odd jobs that always need doing,Ben Sandie our Car park Attendant and First AIDER, The Tunnell family helping on the day David, Riley and Lewis. Roy and Paula for litter picking and sorting out problems on the day, Toddy and Danny running our own stall,

Also Lee, Gary, Ryan/ Josh, Derek and Ben manning the car parking. The theme here is that we have a great set of volunteers that do all the work, the money raised from the tournaments benefits the club facilities and all the teams, so please remember that when we ask for volunteers from our club its unfair to expect the same people doing all the work that benefits all.

Also got to thank Kevin Hughes for his stage building and hard work, Barry Cook turns up and puts a great shift in and my referees on the day fantastic all of you and also a massive thankyou to Lauren the refs mother who i press ganged into being a Redcar Town Steward for the day, selling the blind card and doing other odd jobs for me and finally to Tony Dixon the man behind it all , without him the tournament wouldn’t have been a great success, roll on next years tournament.
